Thanks you for providing great service for our family trip over the holidays. You provided that old fashion thing that sometimes gets lost in today’s world, that being costumer service!!!!! You were great to work with. Everyone had a great time even the newbie’s to the slopes. Maryellen was an absolute great recommendation and they all learned a great deal from her!!!! Thanks again and we will most definitely keep you in mind for next year’s trip.

Suzie and Tom have arranged for my lodging and lift tickets at Steamboat for probably 10 years now, and they are very much part of the reason I keep coming back.  Everything is always exactly as advertised and then some, with wonderful service and meticulous attention to detail.  We - various combinations of family and friends - have stayed at many of Suzie and Tom’s homes and the experiences have always been great value for money.  Coming back every year is like coming home.  Think Snow!!

...“I did want to tell you how much we enjoyed our time at Steamboat… the condo worked out great!. The floor plan was different than any other I had been in before, but just seemed perfect for our group. All the “extras” (Welcome gift, information, etc.) were very much appreciated and useful….It was also a definite plus that the shuttle stop was so convenient for us… Several of the students in my group expressed a desire to return to Steamboat next year, so I’ll definitely be in touch.

Suzie, we certainly did enjoy our stay; the weather was great for us, and the place (Herbage A-1) worked really well for the 6 of us.. I especially enjoyed the hot tub after skiing. We hope to return sometime…thanks again

We had a great time in Steamboat and enjoyed the condos! They were very nice, comfortable and well equipped!!! They only thing I can complain about is our time there was too short and would have liked to have stayed through till Monday. Thanks again, ski ya later,

We had a great time in Steamboat and we loved the condo. It was so beautiful, and perfect for our group. We felt quite at home. We appreciated all the special touches with the snack tray and wine, the spa size towels and all the paper and soap products provided. also nice to have the convenient shuttle service.
