Rental prices vary depending upon the season and our rates are based upon a four (4) night minimum stay in the winter season and five (5) nights in the summer. Shorter stays are available, please check with us.
An initial non-refundable deposit of two (2) nights lodging is required to confirm your booking. This may be paid by check or major credit card. The remainder is due 45 days prior to your visit (or 60 days during Holiday Season)
Upon receipt of these payments, we will send you directions to the unit and your access instructions.
A $49.00 fee will be added to your reservation as part of our Security/Damage Deposit Program. This insurance will cover you and those traveling with you up to $3000 of damage to the home.
If written cancellation is received 46 days or more prior to arrival (or in the case of Holiday Season less than 60 days prior to arrival) all payments will be forfeited.
Even the best planned vacation can be interrupted due to illness or other personal circumstances or circumstances out of your control. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. There will be no refunds if your arrival date is beyond you final payment date. If you need to cancel your reservation between the time you book your reservation and we have received your full payment there will be a 50% surcharge fee for administration costs. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. No refunds due to plane cancellations, airline computers failing, sickness, death of a family member, severe weather, road closures, broken bones, closure of ski area due to too much snow or too little snow, etc. Please purchase travel insurance! This may be purchased from us at anytime up to your final payment. We have personally used them ourselves.
Our Residences are Non-Smoking and Pet Free (Unless otherwise noted)
Just a word to clarify what our no pet policy means:
According to the HOA rules of the homes that we manage “No pets are allowed in the units, left in cars or on the complex premises, unless they belong to the owner of the unit”. If a pet is brought to the complex or the unit, the homeowner is subject to a stiff fine. This no pet policy also applies to the homes we manage at the request of the owners. We do this both in compliance to HOA rules and in respect to those who are allergic to pet dander. If you are planning to bring your dog to Steamboat, you must board them in a kennel prior to your arrival. Under no circumstances are you to bring them to the unit and then take them to a kennel. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE THEY TO BE LEFT IN CARS AT ANY TIME DURING YOUR STAY AS THE WEATHER IN STEAMBOAT (BOTH SUMMER AND WINTER) IS TOO HARSH. IF YOU BRING YOUR DOG OR ANY PET, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $500 and lose your security deposit!!! Please make arrangements to leave your pets at home.
